Name of song playing is, *
So Rare*, by the Tommy
Dorsey  Band, 1943
Ever since I can remember, I have always loved Red
Skelton. I remember watching old movies of him with
Esther Williams and Lucille Ball. "Neptune's
Daughter", with Esther Williams was my favorite
movie. But, most of all, I will always remember my
whole family sitting in the living room for one hour,
laughing and enjoying  "The Red Skelton Show". He
always made everyone laugh and was a wonderful
man, entertainer and humanitarian and one of
America's most beloved clowns.  I especially loved his
smile and his deep dimples, his whole face lit up when
he smiled.

In 1989, he was inducted into the "Clowns Hall Of
Fame", with another of my favorite clowns, Emmett
Kelly.
